When will my order be shipped?
Each piece is made-to-order — from hand-selecting high-quality pearls, inspecting them one by one, to careful stringing and final packaging. This process takes approximately 3 business days before your order is ready to ship.
Payment & Pricing Questions
Are taxes included in the price?
No, all product prices shown on our website do not include sales tax. Applicable taxes (if any) will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
Are there any discount codes available?
If you have received a discount code in your account, you can use it. If not, then you do not have an available discount code.

How long does delivery take?
Our shipping and delivery time is between 7 to 14 day
Returns & Exchanges Questions
What is your return policy?
If you're not happy for any reason, you may return eligible Linjer items within 7 days of receiving the order. Items must be unused and in original condition, including all original packaging. Please read more below about relevant costs.
Customized products and products marked "Final sale" on the respective product page are not eligible for return.
All returned items must meet the terms of our return policy or they will be sent back to you at your expense.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Do I need to pay for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.
What should I do if I receive a defective item?
If there's an issue with your product, please contact our customer service for assistance and resolution.

How do I choose the right size?
You can usually find size information on each product detail page. In the later images, we provide visuals showing how different sizes look when worn. Please choose according to your needs.
What materials do you use?
Our pieces are primarily crafted from gold-plated sterling silver (S925). Selected styles are also available in solid 18k gold for a more elevated option.

Do you offer a warranty service?
Yes, you can. We typically offer a one-year warranty. If you need a repair, please contact our official customer service.
